**Swan Pest Control Services Terms and Conditions**
 
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Swan Pest Control ("Swan", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("you" or "your") engaging our pest control services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 
 
**1. Services Provided:**
   a. Swan Pest Control offers pest control services aimed at eliminating and preventing pests from residential and commercial properties within the state of Virginia.
   b. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection, treatment, and prevention measures for various pests, including insects, rodents, and wildlife.
   c. We employ licensed and trained professionals who use industry-standard methods and approved chemicals for pest control.
 
**2. Service Agreement:**
   a. By scheduling our services, you agree to allow our technicians access to your property for inspection and treatment purposes.
   b. You understand that the effectiveness of our services may vary based on factors such as the severity of the infestation, environmental conditions, and cooperation with our recommendations.
   c. We may provide ongoing services as needed to ensure the effectiveness of pest control measures. Additional fees may apply for recurring services.
 
**3. Customer Responsibilities:**
   a. You agree to provide accurate information about your property and any existing pest issues during the initial consultation.
   b. You are responsible for following any pre-service preparations recommended by our technicians to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
   c. You agree to cooperate with our technicians and follow post-treatment recommendations to maximize the results and prevent reinfestation.
 
**4. Payment Terms:**
   a. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   b. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
   c. Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.
 
**5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:**
   a. You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by contacting our office at least 24 hours in advance.
   b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
 
**6. Warranty and Guarantee:**
   a. We warrant our services to be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
   b. Depending on the type of treatment provided, we may offer a warranty or guarantee for a specified period. Any warranty or guarantee will be outlined in writing at the time of service.
 
**7. Liability and Indemnification:**
   a. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our technicians and your property, we shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the provision of our services.
   b. You agree to indemnify and hold Swan Pest Control harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
 
**8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
   a. These Terms and the provision of our services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
   b. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Virginia.
 
**9. Modification of Terms:**
   a. Swan Pest Control reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
   b. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or other notification methods deemed appropriate by Swan Pest Control.
 
**10. Entire Agreement:**
   a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swan Pest Control regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
