How often will you treat my property?

Answer: We provide quarterly (every three months) treatments for general pest control, which is sufficient to keep most common pests at bay. We also offer monthly or custom service schedules for clients who need additional protection or specialized services like mosquito control.

What should I do to prepare my home before a service visit?

Answer: For interior treatments, it’s helpful to move any fragile items and clear access to areas like under sinks or near baseboards where pests might enter. For outdoor treatments, please ensure pets are indoors and that toys or other items are removed from the treatment area.

​Is your pest control safe for pets and children?

Answer: We prioritize safety and environmentally friendly. While these products are safe when applied correctly, we recommend keeping pets and children away from treated areas until they are fully dry (typically 1–2 hours). Our technicians are trained to apply products carefully and follow all safety guidelines to minimize exposure and ensure effective treatment.

What if I see pests after a treatment?

Answer: After treatment, it’s normal to see an increase in pest activity for a short period as pests are driven out of their hiding spots. If you continue to see pests after a week or two, please let us know, and we’ll provide a free re-treatment.

 

​Is there a contract required for your services?

Answer:  For our quarterly pest control service, we provide flexibility with no long-term contracts required.​

Do you provide services outside Hampton Roads?

Answer: We are based in Williamsburg, VA, and primarily serve the Hampton Roads area and surrounding cities. If you’re located nearby, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
